Where do I park?

As you enter to business park, our lot is to the left. Some spots are marked for our members, and other businesses have their own spots as well. In the event you find that all of our marked parking spots are full, to the right of the parking lot entrance is an entirely unmarked lot. Feel free to park there as well! Parking behind the gym is permitted for employees only.


What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel your membership we require the following:

  • Month to Month Memberships: 30 day notice - this mean you will be charged for the next month

  • If you have a 6-month or 1-year membership package, you must pay for the remaining months in your contract


Do you have specific requirements for CrossFit?

Yes we do! We require 1-year experience practicing CrossFit prior to taking our class. Otherwise, you are required to complete our "Foundations" class to learn how to perform each movement properly to ensure your safety in a group setting!


What amenities do you offer?

We have women's and men's locker rooms at the entrance of the gym. They have separate stall showers and individual lockers you can use for the day. You may also add a locker rental to your monthly membership! We have a water cooler, so bring your favorite water bottle to refill, or you can buy one at the gym!

ATTENTION! All locks that are not on a locker rental will be cut at the end of the day!


Oh No! I forgot my preworkout! What do I do?

Not to worry! We sell individual scoops of preworkout and post workout drinks as well!


What is Mindbody?

When you become a member, you will be given a "Mindbody" account. This account is linked to your key-card that allows you to scan into the gym. You can also download the app that will allow you to scan into the gym through your phone!


Mindbody is used for:

  • Scanning into the gym every time you arrive

  • Checking the class schedule

  • Signing into class prior to the class start

  • Managing your account virtually
