Although new to the fitness industry, Joshua has over 30 years of executive healthcare experience specializing in mergers and aquisitions, operational reengineering, and financial management. Graduated as a Pharmacist from Rutgers, Joshua's career moved from the hospital, to home care to executive corporate management positions.
Having a multisport athletic career in high school and continuing his active lifestyle through hiking, running, skiing, cycling and most recently CrossFit, he has transitioned his career from the corporate world to the fitness industry with his purchase of ProMethod (now known as OTB Athletics!)

Hanna combines her passion for healthcare & fitness by not only treating her patients inside of OTB Athletics, but through coaching as well. This ensures what you are learning in the clinic is transferring into real-life situations. This make for a more well rounded athlete and helps prevent injuries.
Hanna is a former collegiate swimmer who was sidelined by injury. She is passionate about preventing others from experiencing career ending injuries through wellness and education. She continues fueling her competitive spirit through CrossFit, triathlons, and short running races.

Bill is the Director of Fitness & Training, and the head of our Peak Performance Program at OTB. Bill has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and his passion lies in Strength & Conditioning for sports and high level athlete. His philosophy is educating and inspiring individuals to get the most out of themselves.

Ricky is our most senior CrossFit Coach and also does all of the programming you see at OTB. Growing up Ricky was always into fitness. He played various sports when he was younger and was lucky enough to learn from top level coaches. After high school, he joined the Marine Corps and found CrossFit through one of his instructors. At that point CrossFit had been the only fitness program that impacted his life dramatically.
This is what inspired him to learn more and expand his knowledge by attaining many different certifications. He is passionate about helping his clients and friends become healthier and happier human beings. He is determined to show everyone how fitness can change their lives the way it changed his.
Kurt resides with his wife, Katie in Morris County. He has always had a passion and drive for competition. Throughout his life Kurt has had many different interests in the fitness world. He grew up playing baseball, then switched to cross country running, and then to OCR racing. After a knee injury, Kurt started CrossFit and found his true calling. Originally intimidated, Kurt dove in head first and realized this was the path for him. It gave him the confidence, the structure and the support to accomplish anything in the gym and also in his life.
Kurt decided to give back to the community by becoming a trainer himself to share his passions. Kurt constantly persuing further education that will not only benefit his clients’ fitness but their lives outside the gym. The same passion and drive Kurt puts into his own training regime translates to his coaching strategies. He believes that a little progress each day adds up to big results! Everything is possible!
Running Coach, USATF L1 Coach
Katie is a born and raised Morris County native with a long background in running. She began running to keep herself busy in middle school and soon fell in love with it. She takes her experience from years of running cross country and indoor track, along with different industry techniques to help build training plans to reach your biggest goals. She has run an array of races from Fun Run's to competitive races spanning distances of 5K, half marathon, and marathon.
Whatever your goal may be, whether you are looking to complete a new distance race, beat your PR, join a fun community of runners, or just get started, she is here to help!
Freddy grew up in Morristown and has played baseball, basketball, soccer, football, wrestling and track. He then went on to play football in college as a starting linebacker for all 4-years. Competitive Friday mornings started his passion towards high intensity training, which led him to CrossFit. He was trying to train for the CFL and found CrossFit to maintain the competitive mindset and fitness level required for such a high level of performance.
After 1 year of CrossFit and competing in local competitions, he found a new passion to spread his knowledge and love for the sport to others. He takes his unique perspective of coaching sports to his CrossFit classes. "You'll usually see me grunting, but don't be afraid to say hi!"
CF Kids Trainer
Kelly is a CrossFit Kids certified coach as well as certified teacher. She grew up playing soccer and dancing competitively. Now, she’s in her 6th year of CrossFit and enjoys competing at local competitions. She has a passion for youth empowerment, especially helping young women to discover all they are truly capable of!
As a CrossFit Kids coach, she uses her wide range of experience as both an athlete and teacher/coach to create a learning environment that is safe, fun, and empowering. Kelly has 5 years of experience teaching many grade levels ranging from 4th all the way through 12th grades. She also served as a coach for Girls on the Run, a positive youth development program for elementary and middle school aged girls, for 7 years.

Garrett grew up in central Pennsylvania, where he played football, wrestled, and rotated through every spring sport available while in high school. His high school wrestling coaches exposed him to CrossFit and that exposure, coupled with his love for Rambo and Rocky movies, drove him to pursue fitness as a career. After joining the Marine Corps Reserve, Garrett wrestled in college, and competed in powerlifting and strongman, before attending East Stroudsburg University to earn a Master’s degree in Exercise Science.
Garrett has worked in a variety of environments in fitness and sports performance, from high school weight rooms, to Division 1 and 2 college athletics, and large corporate fitness centers. Through all those experiences, he’s discovered the principles that make an effective fitness program and is on a mission to share that knowledge and passion with the world. Garrett is also an EXOS Performance Specialist, a Certified Speed & Agility Coach, and is SafeSport Trained.
