Youth programs

We have expanded our youth programs, and we welcome kids of all ages and abilities! From birthday parties and ninja camps, to CrossFit Kids and our new strength & conditioning Peak Performance Program, we help your child advance their physical, mental, and social skills!

CrossFit Kids

We offer 2 great programs for your children to get started or continue with their fitness journey!.

Our mission is early introduction to functional movement in a FUN environment. We focus on proper movement, teamwork, and confidence building in order to help lay the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits. 

In CrossFit Kids, your child will build strength and endurance through fun games and workouts that are designed to develop physical fitness as well as abstract reasoning, flexible thinking, attentional control and other critical executive functioning skills

No prior experience necessary, and we are inclusive of individuals with disabilities.


Ages 4-7 or 8-12


Tues & Thursdays @ 4:30pm

8 Class Package: $175

CrossFit SHE - Strengthen Her Empowerment!

Our mission is empower adolescent girls through the idea that "strong is beautiful", and to arm them with the strategies and experiences that help them reach their full potential.

This class will combine CrossFit-style workouts with a quick lesson in social-emotional wellness, to provide the girls with a more comprehensive wellness experience. 

No prior experience necessary, and we are inclusive of individuals with disabilities.


You may also participate in the regular CrossFit kids program!

Peak Performance Program

Our highly qualified coaches have designed a proven, individualized performance enhancement structure so each athlete can progress to their desired goals.

Our in-house Doctor of Physical Therapy conducts baseline Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and meets with the coaches to create a customized plan. 


Ages 9-11; 12-14


Build a young athlete's physical foundation

- Improve coordination and self esteem

- Emphasis to improve overall strength, coordination and flexibility with a focus on injury prevention and boosting self confidence

- Advance athletes to the next level of performance


Ages 15-18

Take aspiring athletes to the next level of performance

- Emphasis on further development of coordination and strength with a focus on endurance, speed and agility

- Improve functional movement while decreasing risk of injury


In season & off season programming

Host your next birthday party with Out of the Box Athletics! 

Parties are typically scheduled for Saturdays at 4pm, but please call for any other requests

Parties are for children ages 6+
